Your information stays under your control.
The planning tools save information locally in this browser so you remain in control of what is shared.

Checking this browser…
Household plan
The Command Centre stores answers in the browser’s local storage so progress can continue on the same device. The information is not automatically sent to Paul or to a customer database. Use “Clear saved plan” to remove it.
Do not enter names, addresses, account numbers, payment details or other identifying information into the public tools.
Bill-reading helper
Selected images or PDFs are displayed locally in the browser tab using a temporary object URL. The document is not uploaded by this website and is not saved into local storage. Closing or refreshing the page removes the preview.
Printable summaries
The printable-summary tool creates formatted A4 pages in the browser. Printing or saving as PDF uses the browser’s print system. Summaries are not automatically uploaded or sent to Paul.
Review a summary before saving or sharing it because it may contain household figures, action items and selected meeting-brief information.
Five-minute Household Check
The Household Check saves answers in local storage on the visitor’s device so progress can be resumed. Completing the check does not send the answers to Paul.
The readiness percentage, service priorities, renewal timeline and suggested actions are calculated in the browser. They are planning prompts, not profiling for automated eligibility, credit or pricing decisions.
The visitor chooses whether to copy, print or share the summary. The technical JSON export is provided only for data portability and is not a customer-facing report.
Energy Data Passport
Annual kWh, meter readings and household estimates are processed in the browser. They are saved on the device only when the visitor chooses to save them.
When a visitor actively searches for an Energy Performance Certificate, the postcode is sent through this website’s protected server-side connection to the official Energy Performance of Buildings data service. The private API credential is never placed in the browser. Search results describe the property and are not the household’s actual consumption.
The postcode and selected EPC record are not automatically sent to Paul. The selected property information can be saved locally as part of the household plan only when the visitor chooses to save the Energy Data Passport.
Government consumption benchmarks are aggregated statistics. They do not identify an individual household.
Calendly, WhatsApp and other services
Calendly, WhatsApp, telephone, email and Linktree are third-party services. They handle information under their own privacy terms when a visitor chooses to use them.
Website usage information
The website may record basic page and button activity to understand which public features are useful. Household answers, bill figures and calculator values are not included in those interaction labels.
